MATERIAL DESCRIPTION
- Main steel structure: Q550 standard steel structure, which is thin
walled cold-formed light steel, use mortise and tenon method and
screw to strengthen it, that is easy to installation but very
strong, the life would be 50 years.
- Window & door: Aluminum alloy frame with hollow double glass window
and Wood door or glass door.
- Wall & Roof: MABIS exclusive patented panel - aluminum alloy with
100mm thickness high density polyurethane composite board with good
thermal insulation and sound insulation advantage. The hard PU
layer are fireproof, fire resistance and high temperature
resistance. The material additional fire retardant, so the material
characteristic are difficult autoignition and self-extinguishing,
furthermore haven't harmful gases when they are in high
temperature.
PERFORMANCE
(1) Easy to assemble and disassemble: The house can be assembled
and disassembled for dozens of times and can be reused for many
times. And the assembling only needs simple tools and doesn’t need
power source. The connections of the pieces of the house all adopt
plugs or screw connections.
(2) Strong Structure: It adopts steel frame structure, therefore it
is stable and in line with the designing code of building
structure.
(3) Heat-insulation: The roof is made of sandwich panel which have
good heat-insulating and fire-proof performance.
(4) Durable: The steel frame parts are all processed with
anti-corrosion coating and it can be used as long as 50 years.
